PERSPECTIVES
On what is changing. And what that means for companies.
Thoughts on AI, products, positioning, digital coworkers and companies willing to look again at what still holds up.
Written from the studio, in between the building.
WHY THIS PAGE EXISTS
Almost every company needs the nerve to look at itself again.
Not because everything has to change. Because technology, customer behaviour and what is possible move faster than most companies do. Looking again now and then helps you decide, on purpose, what still holds up and what does not.
What a company says and what a customer actually experiences have to end up telling the same story.
THE QUESTIONS I KEEP MEETING
- Are we still who we want to be?
- Are we seen the way we want to be seen?
- Which parts of the company are still sensibly arranged?
- Where is new value appearing?
- What should we deliberately keep?
- Where can technology make something fundamentally better?

FROM ROBIN
I write about what I see while building companies, products and technology. Not to predict trends, but to get sharper on what is actually changing.

Does any of this sound like your own company?
If a perspective touches something you are dealing with, we can look at it together.
