Who is responsible

Fores3 B.V. (Chamber of Commerce 81969597), Robin Visser's company, is responsible for processing your data on this website. Questions about privacy can be sent to robin@fores3.com.

When you get in touch

The contact form asks for your name, your email address and what is going on. Your company name is optional. It also records which page led you to the form and how you arrived on the website (for example through a search engine, another website or directly). That way Robin knows what your question is about. If you request a demo, the form also asks what your site should deliver, when you want to start and, if you wish, your current website and your phone number, so Robin can schedule a call.

Your data is used to read your message, reply, judge whether Fores3 can help and agree on a possible next step. You receive a confirmation by email with a reference number. Legal basis: your own request and the steps before a possible engagement.

To understand your question quickly, Robin may have your message summarised by the same AI language model the Fores3 Agent uses. Your name and email address are not included, and nothing is decided automatically: Robin reads and decides himself.

When you are a client or business contact of Fores3

If you work with Fores3, or we are discussing working together, Robin keeps his own client records: your company details, contact persons with their business email address and phone number, agreements, notes of conversations, tasks, documents you share, emails exchanged and the follow-up of invoices. If Fores3 works on how findable your website is, public search results and data about your website are collected for that; these are not personal data.

An AI language model can help Robin, for example to draft an email or to read an invoice. Email addresses and phone numbers are left out wherever possible, and nothing is decided or sent automatically: Robin reads and decides himself. Legal basis: performance of the agreement and Fores3's legitimate interest in running the collaboration well. Only Robin has access to this data.

When you talk to the Fores3 Agent

The Fores3 Agent is an AI agent by Fores3. What you type or say is processed to give you an answer. For this Fores3 uses a provider of AI language models. During the conversation the agent keeps short notes and can draft a first opportunity map; these belong to your conversation and to no one else.

If you use the microphone, a speech service converts your voice to text and the answer can be read aloud. Fores3 does not keep audio recordings.

Conversations are kept for 30 days and then deleted. During that time Robin can read them to look after quality and safety. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal data, about yourself or others, in the conversation.

If you choose to continue the conversation with Robin, you enter your name and email address yourself. Only if you explicitly choose to, the conversation and the opportunity map are sent along with your request. The retention periods of a contact request then apply.

The agent offers ideas and thinks along. It does not make decisions about you.

Website statistics

Fores3 keeps its own visitor statistics rather than using an external analytics service. Per visit it records which page was viewed, the language, which website you arrived from, the country code supplied by the hosting provider, and the type of device, browser and operating system. Your IP address is not stored, and the visit is not linked to a person. Visits are grouped by a random key that lives in your browser tab and disappears when you close it. It is not a cookie and cannot follow you across visits or to other websites.

Advertising measurement

Only if you give consent does the website load OpenAI's advertising pixel. Fores3 uses it to measure whether ads lead to a visit or a contact request. OpenAI then receives data about your visit, such as the pages viewed, whether a contact request was made, and technical data about your device and browser. OpenAI's privacy policy applies to what OpenAI does with it.

Without consent the pixel does not load. It never loads on the Fores3 Agent page. Your choice is stored in your browser; you can change it below at any time.

Preventing misuse

To protect the website and the Fores3 Agent against misuse, limited technical data is processed, such as a pseudonymised derivative of your IP address. It is kept only as long as needed for that purpose.

Service providers

Fores3 does not sell personal data. Data is only shared with service providers needed to run the website: hosting, database, email, the AI language model, the speech service and, only with your consent, advertising measurement. Agreements are in place with them about careful processing.

Some of these providers are located outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. Transfers only take place with the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Retention

Contact requests: at most 24 months, so the conversation can be continued and administrative obligations can be met. Messages recognised as spam: removed within 90 days. Conversations with the Fores3 Agent: 30 days. Email correspondence: no longer than reasonably needed for your question and a possible engagement. Client records: for as long as we work together and afterwards as long as required by law (seven years for invoices).

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, and you can object to its processing. Send a note to robin@fores3.com; you will get a reply within a month. If you disagree with how your data is handled, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Changes

This notice is updated when the website or the way of working changes. The date at the top shows which version you are reading.
