Privacy at Fores3.

Fores3 only processes personal data that you provide yourself when getting in touch. This page explains what is collected, why, and how long it is kept.

  1. Which data

    The contact form asks for your name, your email address and what is going on. Your company name is optional. That is all it collects; there are no other fields.

  2. Why

    This information is used only to read your question, reply, decide whether Fores3 is a fit and align on a possible next step.

  3. How the contact form works

    The contact form sends your message to Robin over a secure connection and stores it in a private database that only he can read. Each submission gets a short reference so it can be found again later. Replies still happen by email.

  4. Retention

    Contact submissions are kept for at most 24 months so the conversation can be continued and legal administrative obligations can be met. Messages recognised as spam are removed within 90 days. Email correspondence is kept no longer than reasonably needed to answer the question and run a possible engagement.

  5. Sharing with others

    Fores3 does not sell personal data. Data is only shared with service providers where that is necessary for email, hosting, administration or an active engagement, and to the extent legally permitted.

  6. Website statistics

    Fores3 keeps its own visitor statistics rather than using an external analytics service. Per visit it records which page was viewed, the language, which website you arrived from, the country code supplied by the hosting provider, and the type of device, browser and operating system. Your IP address is not stored, and the visit is not linked to a person. Visits are grouped by a random key that lives in your browser tab and disappears when you close it, so it is not a cookie and it cannot follow you across sessions or across other websites.

  7. Cookies and tracking

    The website uses no advertising tracking and no marketing cookies, and no data is shared with advertising networks. Technically necessary storage or hosting functionality may be used so that the website works correctly.

  8. Your rights

    You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or object to processing of your personal data. Send a note to robin@fores3.com and you will get a response within a reasonable time.
