About Robin Visser
First clear on what is going on. Only then what we are going to do.
Technology is never the point. What matters is what your company, team, customers or users achieve with it.
It rarely starts with a solution. It starts with something that grates: a process that should be smarter, an opportunity left on the table, or the sense that more is possible. That is a fine place to begin.

Why Fores3 exists
Entrepreneur, thinker and builder in the same engagement.

- Fores3Thinking and building in one place
I am Robin Visser and I have been building digital products and systems for years. I have spent ten years in online marketing, seven of them running my own online marketing agency, and before that I worked in retail management. So my background is not only in technology. I have seen companies grow, stall and change, usually up close.
AI is changing how quickly software can become real. What used to take months can now be working in weeks if you know exactly what you are doing. That is why I keep building myself: it is the only way to know what is genuinely possible.
So I read a question as a business question first, and as a technology question second.
- 10 years
- in online marketing, 7 running my own agency
- €5.5M
- revenue built with my own companies
- 100+
- companies helped, mostly online stores
Sometimes the best first step is not technology at all.
What I believe
Almost every company deserves a fresh look at itself in the coming years.
Not because every company should become an AI company, and not because everything has to change. But the context is shifting: technology, search behaviour, customer expectations and ways of working. That makes different questions important.
What is shifting: technology
Looking again does not mean tearing everything down. It means deciding on purpose what stays, what no longer fits and where new possibilities have appeared. That combination of business, commerce and technology is exactly what I find interesting.
How I look at a company
What you promise has to be felt in what you do.
I do not believe image changes by communicating differently alone. If you want to be seen differently, it eventually has to show up in your offer, your experience, your processes or your products.
What you promise

What you do
Where I can join
A full stack entrepreneur beside you.
That does not mean I am a specialist in everything. It means I can move between business, commerce, product and technology, and see how they connect.
Most questions do not start with technology. So I look at the company first, and only then at what should be built.
01
Who do we want to be, where is the value, and how do we make that visible and relevant to customers?
Why I do this
What I enjoy most is the moment a vague problem suddenly becomes clear.
Once you see what is really going on, there is room to do something simpler, smarter or completely different. And when something has to be built for it, making it real is just as interesting to me.
What I also build
Software that can carry parts of the work on its own.
I call them digital coworkers: software that can understand, prepare, carry out or check work within clear boundaries.
Work together on your company
Let's look at what is really going on.
A conversation starts with your company, not with a quote. Even when the solution is not clear yet, we can start with what is going on.
