Fores3 only processes personal data that you provide yourself when getting in touch. This page explains what is collected, why, and how long it is kept.

    When you contact us, the form may include your name, email, company, role, information about the question, indicative investment level, preferred timing and preferred way to connect.

  2. Why

    This information is used only to read your question, reply, decide whether Fores3 is a fit and align on a possible next step.

  3. How the contact form works

    The contact form currently opens your own email application with the completed information. The website itself does not store submissions in a database. Any further processing happens over email.

  4. Retention

    Email correspondence is kept no longer than is reasonably needed to answer the question, run a possible engagement and meet legal administrative obligations.

  5. Sharing with others

    Fores3 does not sell personal data. Data is only shared with service providers where that is necessary for email, hosting, administration or an active engagement, and to the extent legally permitted.

  6. Cookies and tracking

    The website currently uses no advertising tracking or marketing cookies. Technically necessary storage or hosting functionality may be used so that the website works correctly.

  7. Your rights

    You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or object to processing of your personal data. Send a note to hello@fores3.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
